I am a mum of three young children and looking after their skin in the sun is a big priority for me. I was really pleased when I heard a radio advert about your Soltan range saying that you provide data on UVA, UVB and how the SPF and star rating systems work. Although I appreciate the effort to provide information on your website, I am disappointed to see there is no actual ‘data’ or links to peer-reviewed research that identified a need for the star rating to be introduced and that higher star rating provides the best level of sun protection. Please can you provide me with this background evidence?
