It is rather disappointing no to have an answer - so far. To find that the Government appointed head of a independent report uses unverified - unverifiable "statistics" - to support a policy..

Almost the end of January [2015] and still no reply. It seems that if they cannot provide any evidence they should by now have written in reply.
